The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was convenient for exploring the city and there were plenty of amenities available. The breakfast offered a great selection of delicious food.
The hotel lacked walking distance to attractions and restaurants. Sometimes it was difficult to find parking near the hotel.

Ideal doe our purpose, of an overnight stay in Richmond. the concierge was very helpful and booked a restaurant for us, and organised the hotel shuttle - we weren't comfortable with the thought of walking in the locality. The driver of the shuttle was very friendly and informative
The hotel was not worth the cost, and we were charged and additional cost - for something that we didn't have - refunded by the bank credit card - when I questioned it.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with two restaurants on Kiawah Island and a lovely view down Monument. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge, with luxurious amenities. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the view from the hotel was breathtaking. The facilities, such as the stained glass dome and the Nespresso espresso maker in the room, added to the overall experience.

The service at The Jefferson is the best I've ever experienced at any hotel anywhere in the world. Period. Without exception, everyone we met was friendly and courteous and went out of their way to be helpful. Besides the service being exceptionally good, the hotel itself is beautiful...truly in a class by itself.

Hotel had nice seating in the lobby. The bed linens were great. Big flat screen tv, late checkout, easily accessible parking.
The minor details didnt impress me- one chocolate on the pillow instead of two, rap musci blaring in the gym, lack of water in the water cooler, slightly cramped room, small tub, no great views.

Stayed for Thanksgiving and received complementary pumpkin pies and hot cider. Located near many shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the cozy fireplace in the lobby.
The walls were thin and could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway. The pillows were uncomfortable and made it difficult to sleep.

This hotel exceeded our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with grandeur and luxurious decor. the room we stayed in was spacious and had exclusive amenities such as a private balcony with stunning views. the indoor swimming pool and spa centre were top-notch, and the service was prompt and attentive.
The only minor issue we experienced was with the quality of the food at the hotel's restaurant. While the presentation was beautiful, the taste did not quite match up to our expectations.
